The late Ahmad Wahib was a liberal Indonesian Muslim intellectual whose ideas remain relevant for today's Muslim youth. He preserved his struggling thoughts on a couple of pages inside an old notebook – ideas regarding religious issues and religious reform, freedom of expression and his reflections on politics, arts and culture.
