"Skills for Success"

EU-kofinanziertes Projekt des Büros Tbilisi

Konrad Adenauer Stiftung (KAS) together with the partners – Save the Children Georgia, Youth Agency of Georgia, and Youth Workers’ Association of Georgia – is implementing a project “Skills for Success”. The project is funded by the EU “Skills4Jobs” program and is implemented in four regions of Georgia: Guria, Racha Lechkhumi, Shida Kartli, and Kakheti.

The aim of the Project is to develop entrepreneurial skills among NEET Youth in the project target regions, increase their participation in decision making, institutionalizing of Youth Work as a profession, recruiting of youth workers, providing access to non-formal education opportunities and increasing youth employability skills.

The main objective of the project is to increase employability and entrepreneurship skills potential among NEET Youth by developing market driven skills. Non-formal education methodology and international best practices will be applied toward this objective.
