English translation of the research report on the topic "Conceptual Framework of the New Draft Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand".

The research, supported by Konrad Adenauer Foundation Thailand, has main objective to study conceptual framework for drafting a new constitution after the military coup in September 2006, in order to set a clear and suitable framework and direction in consideration of the new constitution.

The publication has been distributed to members of the National Council, members of the Constitutional Drafting Committee and members of the National Legislative Assembly.
