Digital Transformation and Data Use in Law-Making

HANOI, 2 October 2026 – The Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS) in Vietnam, in cooperation with the Vietnam Lawyers Association (VLA), organized a workshop on “Skills for Policy and Law Development in the Context of Digital Transformation and Big Data Applications”, bringing together legal professionals and representatives of lawyers' associations from across Vietnam to discuss emerging approaches to policy development, legislative drafting and policy consultation in an increasingly digital environment.
