ENHANCING ADR FOR A MORE COMPETITIVE AND INVESTOR-FRIENDLY HO CHI MINH CITY

On 20 August 2026, the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS) Vietnam, in cooperation with the Research Institute for Socio-Economics (RISE) of Saigon University, successfully co-hosted the international conference “Enhancing the Effectiveness of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Mechanisms in Commercial and Investment Dispute Settlement in Ho Chi Minh City.”
