STRENGTHENING LEGAL CAPACITY TO ADDRESS INTERNATIONAL COMMITMENTS AND GREEN TRADE REQUIREMENTS

Nha Trang, September 21, 2026 - As sustainability requirements, emissions reduction commitments, and environmental responsibilities increasingly reshape international trade, Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS) Vietnam and the Department of International Law and Resolving International Investment Disputes under the Ministry of Justice jointly organized a training course aimed at strengthening capacities to address legal issues related to international commitments and Vietnam’s evolving legal framework for green trade. The training was conducted within the framework of the Vietnam-Germany Rule of Law Dialogue, a long-standing cooperation initiative that promotes legal and judicial cooperation between Vietnam and Germany through policy dialogue, capacity building, and the exchange of expertise.
