Rule of Law Dialogue 2020 - Regional Programme Australia and the Pacific
KAS Regional Programme Australia and the Pacific is proud to support the Melbourne Law School’s virtual seminar on “Reforming Tax Sharing in the Federation”. Prof Rudolf Mellinghoff will talk about tax equalisation and fiscal controls in Germany and the lessons for Australia. He is the President of the Federal German Supreme Finance Court and a former justice on the German Constitutional Court.
The seminar will be chaired by Prof Miranda Stewart, with Prof Cheryl Saunders acting as commentator.
