The European Parliament’s “Report on the Annual Report on the implementation of the Common Foreign and Security Policy” by David McAllister is an important element in this continuous process of evaluation. “We try to identify major issues our Union faces and outline a possible way forward”, as the Member of Parliament recently stated in a plenary session.
