“Without freedom, no democracy” is the title of the event on which Prof. Dr. Norbert Lammert, Chairman of the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung and former President of the German Bundestag, as well as Mr Mars Di Bartolomeo, former President of the Chambre des Députés Grand-Duché de Luxembourg, will be discussing the current possible dangers for democracies and how these can be avoided.
