Professor Dr Rudolf Mellinghoff, president of the Federal Finance Court of Germany and former judge at the Federal Constitutional Court of Germany, with T. S. Thakur, Chief Judge at the Supreme Court of India.
During the seminar, the participants discussed the perspectives of future exchange between the highest judges of India and Germany. Both sides emphasized their deep commitment for a long-term continuation of the Indo-German Judicial Dialogue, that has initiated by the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung in 2014 and is to take place for the second time in 2016.
