The biggest Cambodian journalists' association “Club of Cambodian Journalists” (CCJ) went online with its own website supported by the Konrad Adenauer Foundation (KAF). What wouldn't cause a stir in Europe is a remarkable step in Cambodia as the computer- and internet-skills of Cambodians are still on a very low level.
