ASEAN Community: A Vietnamese Perspective

This chapter reflects on the journey of ASEAN Community building in the last 54 years and looks at the road ahead. It also examines Viet Nam’s accession to ASEAN as a critical milestone in the country’s regional and international integration and considers Viet Nam’s active contributions as a member of this regional endeavor.
