Availability and Commitment:

Candidates are expected to commit to attending all training sessions in full and to stay in close communication during the program. It is crucial for participants to be able to dedicated the necessary time and effort to the training, as each session will build on the knowledge and skills developed in the previous ones.

Who can apply:

• Career Stage: Applicants must be early to mid-career professionals who have been working in their field for some time and are seeking opportunities to develop and grow their skills.

• Content Production Experience: Candidates should have a minimum of six months of experience producing journalistic content and must demonstrate a track record of successful content creation.

• Technical Skill Level: We are particularly interested in individuals who possess low to intermediate technical skills for video production, as the training is designed to empower those who are enthusiastic and willing to learn but may lack advanced technical knowledge.

• Prerequisites: Applicants must have a basic understanding of mobile devices and internet use, although advanced skills such as video editing or visual storytelling are not necessary.

Selection Criteria:

Provide links to their work from the past six months as a reference.

Confirm availability for all training days and tasks.

Share preferred training hours (9:00 am to 2:00 pm or 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm).
