This initiative is to train ISF and GSF members to enhance their communication and mediation skills. ISF and GSF members are central to Lebanese Society; better mediation skills may contribute to changing their approach while they are executing their mission, to solving problems in a non-violent way and finally contributing to a better Lebanese society.

The Lebanese Center of Mediation and Conciliation (LCMC) linked to the Lebanese Association for Mediation and Conciliation (LAMAC) in cooperation with the Konrad Adenauer Foundation is aiming to give ISF and GSF the opportunity to master some skills and tools of mediation as a conflict resolution technique for the purpose of preventing and resolving the conflicts and mastering the art of communication specially the non-violent communication with their daily work.
