On 27th and 28th April, we had the privilege of hosting a two-day Project Management Fundamentals Training for our KAS Scholars at the lovely Amari Kuala Lumpur. The training was expertly conducted by the skilled project management trainer and LEGO enthusiast, Dhana Raj Markandu.
Our scholars delved deep into the theoretical understanding of project management through a comprehensive curriculum covering key modules, including:
- Core principles of project management
- Project personnel and competencies
- Project stakeholder management
- The project lifecycle
- Scope management
- Project management methodologies
- Risk management
- Resource management
Throughout the event, our scholars gained invaluable theoretical insights, honed their skills, and learnt from each other's successes and failures of project management while expressing themselves with LEGO!
