🎓 On 16th & 17th August 2025, our KAS Young Scholars for Excellence gathered for an intensive two-day training at Imazium, Petaling Jaya, designed to strengthen both the inner and outer skills needed to thrive as Malaysia’s future changemakers.
On Day One, trainer Shadaitul Mohd Zin led a Self-Leadership Workshop, guiding scholars to reflect on their values, identify intrinsic motivations, and develop strategies for navigating the transition from student life to the workplace.
Day Two was all about Influencing and Communication Skills with Phang Chui Kean (Teacher Kean), who equipped participants with practical tools to communicate persuasively, secure buy-in, and engage in respectful yet impactful conversations – even when disagreements arise.
The energy, curiosity, and commitment our scholars brought to these sessions were truly inspiring. We’re proud to continue building a community of critical thinkers and values-driven leaders who will shape a better future for Malaysia.
