PUBLIC CONFERENCE AND PANEL DISCUSSION

The KAS Media Program South East Europe and the Department of Political Sciences of the University of Belgrade invite journalists, academics and media experts to a public conference and a discussion on professional training and values of journalists.

Details

The initiative is based on a working group of experts from universities and NGOs in South East Europe who gather in Belgrade in the same time.

Тhe public conference will be opened by:

  • Prof. Miroljub Radojković, PhD, University of Belgrade, Faculty of Political Sciences, Communication Science

  • Christian Spahr, Head of KAS Media Program South East Europe, Sofia

Afterwards different aspects of journalistic education will be discussed in a panel with experts from the three biggest South East European countries (Romania, Serbia and Bulgaria):

  • Assoc. Prof. Liana Ionescu, PhD, University of Bucharest, National School of Political Studies and Administration

  • Prof. Miroljub Radojković, PhD, University of Belgrade, Faculty of Political Sciences, Communication Science

  • Assoc. Prof. Orlin Spassov, PhD, University of Sofia, Faculty for Journalism and Mass Communication
