The KAS Media Programme SEE together with Sofia Security Forum will host the international conference “The Growing Importance of the Black Sea” from 28 September to 1 October 2025 in Constanta, Romania. Experts from media and the military will discuss strategic security issues, the role of drone warfare in Ukraine, cyber-enabled influence in the energy sector and the challenges of media coverage in the Black Sea region.
