For the Presidential and National Assembly Elections 2009
The Electoral Commission of Namibia (ECN) requests from all accredited election observers to fill in a questionaire for each day of the elections. The ECN can request this questionaire in order to check possible allegations of irregularities. Based on the official questionaire of the European Union, KAS Namibia has developed its own questioinaire which reflects the Namibian electoral context.
