KAS Calender 2010 - Decentralisation in Namibia

The calender promotes decentralisation in Namibia and the empowering of the regions by providing information about the benefits of decentralisation, the role players and the legislative framework. The calendar also encourages the participation in the Regional Councils and Local Authorities Elections in 2010 and informs about the electoral process.
