ECSO Project Hosts Advocacy and Human Rights Refresher Training
CSO representatives from Kunene, //Kharas and Erongo regions to strengthen advocacy skills and promote a deeper understanding of human rights.
From 3–7 August 2026, the ECSO Project will host a five-day Advocacy and Human Rights Refresher Training in Windhoek for 20 participants from Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) in the Kunene, //Kharas and Erongo regions. The training is designed to strengthen the capacity of participating organizations to effectively advocate for community needs and advance human rights-based approaches in their work.
Participants will gain practical knowledge and skills in advocacy planning, campaign development, stakeholder engagement, and human rights principles. The training aims to equip CSOs with the tools needed to design and implement impactful advocacy initiatives, while enhancing their ability to promote, protect and uphold human rights within the communities they serve.
