ECSO Project Launch and Press Event

Empowering CSOs, Women, Youth and Marginalised communities as Equal partners in Democracy

In an effort to advance the interest of women, youth and marginalised communities, Konrad Adenauer Stiftung would like to announce the launch of the European Union and Konrad Adenauer Stiftung co-funded project titled "Empowering CSOs, Women, Youth and Marginalised communities as Equal Partners in Democracy" (ECSO). The project launch will be held on Tuesday 23 January 2024 and aims to shine the light on this exciting new project that will be co-implemented by Konrad Adenauer Stiftung and Women's Action for Development in Namibia. The project which will focus on capacity building and advocacy skills building, will target CSOs in the //Karas, Kunene and Erongo regions for the next 2 and a half years with targeted interventions. The launch of the project is the start to bringing visibility to efforts aimed at supporting youth and marginalised persons in addressing social challenges that they face on a daily basis across the respective three regions.
