Executive Committee Members Convene for Strategic Planning and Sustainable Management Workshop
Five Executive Committee members of the Magistrates’ & Judges’ Association will participate in a four-day workshop on strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, fundraising, and sustainable management from 18–21 August 2026 at the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung Namibia-Angola Office in Windhoek.
KAS in partnership with the Magistrates’ & Judges’ Association (MJA), will host a 3.5-day Strategic Planning and Sustainable Management Workshop for the Executive Committee members of the Association from 18 to 21 August 2026 at the KAS Office, 7th Floor, Mutual Tower, Independence Avenue, Windhoek.
The workshop aims to strengthen the Association's institutional capacity by equipping its leadership with practical skills in strategic planning, sustainable management, stakeholder engagement, fundraising, and effective communication strategies.

Strategic Planning and Organisational Development
Sustainable Management Practices
Stakeholder Engagement and Partnerships
Awareness and Advocacy Campaigns
Donor Funding and Resource Mobilisation
Social Media and Communication Management
The training forms part of KAS's continued commitment to supporting democratic institutions, good governance, and strengthening professional associations in Namibia. Through this engagement, the Executive Committee will develop a strategic framework that will guide the Association's future activities and enhance its effectiveness in serving its members and contributing to the justice sector.
The workshop will bring together five Executive Committee members of the Magistrates’ & Judges’ Association for intensive discussions, practical exercises, and strategic planning sessions aimed at building a resilient and sustainable organisation.
