KAS-TEP Session 1 Workshop in Walvis Bay
The Talent Empowerment Programme (TEP), proudly established in 2018 by the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS) Namibia/Angola continues to promote Civil Society in Namibia.
After concluding the extensive selection process, this year, we are once again proud to host 18 new KAS-TEPers from across Namibia, in this nationwide extensive capacity-building training over three 5-day training interventions.
The first session, scheduled to take place in Walvis Bay from 20 to 24 April 2026, will be facilitated by a multi-sectoral expert, with a focus on leadership, emotional intelligence, and democratic participation.
The programme aims to strengthen leadership skills of youth representatives in Civil Society and serve as a solid platform for dialogue and networking within the Civil Society Organisation (CSO) sector in Namibia. The core objective of the KAS-TEP Programme remains to build strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, equipping beneficiaries with the capacity needed to run their civil society organisations more effectively, secure funding, and in doing so, successfully support the Namibian Government in its national development efforts.
