Strengthening Leadership and Participation within PDM Youth and Women’s Leagues
KAS facilitates a three-day workshop to enhance leadership, communication, and organizational capacity among PDM youth and women leaders.
From 23–25 June 2026, the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS) will facilitate a workshop for members of the Popular Democratic Movement (PDM) Youth and Women’s Leagues. The workshop will bring together 40 participants from both structures to engage in discussions on leadership, communication, organizational development, and effective participation in democratic processes. The training aims to strengthen the capacity of youth and women leaders to contribute meaningfully to their party structures and Namibia’s democratic development.
