Participants will engage in discussions on the potential of AI to improve case management, reporting systems, data accessibility, document management, transcription and interpretation services, and communication within the justice sector. The training will include a needs assessment of the Namibian judiciary, presentations on innovation and technology solutions, and practical demonstrations of AI-powered tools. Participants will also explore critical topics such as AI ethics, judicial independence, cybersecurity, privacy and data protection, women's rights, AI governance in the judiciary, and the use of AI in evidence and decision-making processes.
