The seminar aims to contribute to strengthening the leadership and communication capacities of the participants, with a particular focus on strategic leadership, effective public and political communication, credibility and trust, as well as cooperation and shared responsibility in the context of good governance.
The programme will feature discussions and interactive sessions focusing on leadership, vision and responsibility, translating political priorities into clear messages, effective public communication in a changing media environment, as well as leadership communication aimed at building credibility, trust and impact. Particular attention will also be given to the importance of cooperation, coordination and shared responsibility in successfully achieving common goals.
Welcoming addresses at the opening of the seminar will be delivered by Daniel Braun, Official representative of Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung; Hristijan Mickoski, Prime Minister and President of VMRO-DPMNE; Dragan Kovachki, Secretary General of VMRO-DPMNE and Svetislav Vasev, Head of the Party Research and Analytical Center “Ljubisha Georgievski”.
Through a combination of thematic contributions, interactive sessions and discussions, the seminar will provide a platform for the exchange of experiences, good practices and different perspectives, with the aim of further strengthening capacities for responsible leadership, effective communication and good governance.
