The Adenauer young fellows will embark on another round of virtual lectures and workshops. The second module will deepen the fellows' understanding of bridging leadership with emphasis on adaptive leadership and negotiation skills.
The fellows will meet with their mentor, Dr. Ryan Guinaran, who will guide them as they co-own the issues in the communities and work with stakeholders to arrive at a workable solution. The session will serve as a reminder of the importance of being adaptable and the power of negotiation for the fellows to become effective in their leadership journey.
