On Wednesday, 19 August, PPSA and KAS Philippines, in partnership with National University Clark, are organizing the PPSA Presidents’ Lecture Series on "Balancing Relations with the US and China: Implications for Philippine Grassroots Democratic Institutions." Prof. Herman Kraft, Professor of Political Science at the University of the Philippines Diliman and former PPSA President, will present on the said topic.
