The event gathered a pool of political analysts and other notable personalities providing their analysis and commentaries on the pre-plebiscite media forum, during the Desisyon 2019 radio coverage and on the post-plebiscite media forum. The plebiscite called on Filipinos voters from five provinces of the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (ARMM), namely Maguindanao, Lanao del Sur, Basilan, Sulu, and Tawi-Tawi and the cities of Cotabato and Isabela to cast their votes to determine if the people wanted to ratify the Bangsamoro Organic Law.

The plebiscite to ratify the Organic Law for the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao provides the basis for the establishment of the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM), which will replace the ARMM.
