The event gathered diplomats, researchers, journalists and students from France, Germany and South Mediterranean countries. The forum was an opportunity to review the ten years of the Arab upheavals and evaluate the current situation in the South Med countries.  The featured speakers shared their expertise and experience in various domains, including politics, security, human rights and culture.

The 3-day forum offered a platform to network between EuroMed think-tanks and to promote the relevant activities of KAS PolDiMed, such us The Modern Arab State book.
