The Case of Vietnam

Against this background, Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung | Regional Project Energy Security and Climate Change RECAP, Hongkong SAR, has started a series of regional workshops in cooperation with our long-term partner, the Energy Studies Institute ESI|National University of Singapore.
This particular workshop in Hanoi will focus on improving access to electricity in Southeast Asia and Vietnam. It will entail a half-day seminar with local participants from energy-related ministries and state agencies as well as representatives of the energy business sector and scholars.
