The Regional Project Energy Security and Climate Change Asia-Pacific (RECAP) was launched in 2015 in Hong Kong, supporting the dialogue in the Asia-Pacific region.

Trade disputes between countries are shaping the energy development in Asia-Pacific. A workshop will be held in Hong Kong to discuss the impacts of trade issues on energy markets.
Handover of the Regional Project KAS RECAP
Starting from 1 July, Dr. Christian Hübner is officially the Director of the Regional Project Energy Security and Climate Change Asia-Pacific of Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung.
The Regional Project Energy Security and Climate Change Asia-Pacific, based in Hong Kong SAR, PR China, supports the dialogue between decision makers in the region and with Europe concerning challenges of the energy and climate policy. The project develops solutions and concrete projects of sustainability in politics, economy and society.
