The seminar will be a forum for discussion and exchange of experiences from national level among 20 Judges from Croatia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia and Macedonia on ethical conduct in the justice system. During the two-day seminar participants will discuss the following themes:

•International judicial ethics standards,

•Croatian Code of Judicial Ethics,

•Relation between ethical violations and disciplinary responsibility.

Participants will be given the opportunity to present and compare ethical codes from the countries they represent and analyse judiciary conduct based on concrete examples from practice.
