The main topics of the second training session entitled "Team Leading and Team-work. The Tale of I Do vs. We Do" are:

  • Building trust while you lead-team players in the justice field (Presentation Session): Romania’s success story at the International Court of Justice (Bogdan Aurescu)

  • The secret of teamwork: inspiration and motivation (Training session): students will learn how to inspire and motivate a team of colleagues; the challenges of motivation for legal professionals (Marian Staş)

  • Team-leading. Situational leadership (Workshop): Together with the facilitator, students will apply the practical knowledge they acquired during this session to give and receive feedback for specific tasks indicated by the facilitator (Mihai Drăgoi)
