Details

The project monitors the level of implementation of reforms, the progress achieved in the main areas relevant to Chapter 23 (Judiciary and Fundamental Rights) and Chapter 24 (Justice, Freedom and Security) of Albanian EU accession through the lenses of civil society and advocates for substantial improvement in rule of law areas in the country.

The activities aim at

• Providing qualitative and quantitate evidence on the actual phase and level of the policy implementation, and gaps on legislative framework on main priorities tackled within Chapter 23&24
• Improving and enhancing citizens knowledge on rule of law issues, the role and the contribution that various institutions, actors have in pushing forward the process, the actual progress achieved and help them in having realistic expectations
