The education reform in Romania is carried out in a chaotic manner, without sufficient public consultation and by lacking the contribution of those involved in providing educational services to final beneficiaries.

The 18 teachers that are currently involved in public schools from underprivileged communities in the South-East region of Romania will participate in three training sessions focused on enhancing their knowledge, skills and mind-set for becoming leaders in education and contributing to the system reform.
