“Rule of Law Rules” is our podcast on Rule of Law in the age of digitalization from the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung. The host of the podcast is Dr Angela Daly, a socio-legal scholar of digital technology. In each episode she interviews one international expert about the opportunities and challenges for human rights in the digital age. We will gain insights into recent developments from different parts of the world.
After getting an overview of the latest regulations on “Data Protection” around the world in our first six episodes, now we want to focus on “Legal Tech” and the access to justice.
This time we talk to Nico Kuhlmann. Nico is a German legal tech lawyer and an Associate in Hogan Lovells Hamburg office. He advises major technology companies in national and international disputes with a focus on intellectual property law. Our expert is also responsible for some of Hogan Lovells Legal Tech projects, including the Hamburg Legal Tech Meetup, the Hogan Lovells Legal Tech Competition and the Hogan Lovells Legal Tech Hackathon. We speak with Nico about the development of legal technology and the Access to Justice in Europe.
