Ruling on the SADC Tribunal

The Law Society of South Africa (LSSA) successfully challenges the role of former President Jacob Zuma in dismantling the SADC Tribunal. This is the first successful challenge on this matter in a domestic court. Litigation was identified as one of the viable options towards the reinstatement of the Tribunal in the previous KAS-sponsored events.
