Scholarship Announcement

Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS), or the Konrad Adenauer Foundation, is a non-profit organization from the Federal Republic of Germany, named after the country’s first chancellor, Konrad Adenauer. KAS seeks to advance peace, freedom, and prosperity in Thailand and in over 100 countries across the world.

Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung in Thailand was established in 1980 and has been working in Thailand since 1984. Through cooperation with our partners in government, civil society, educational institutions, business, and the media, our projects aim to:

  • Strengthen the parliamentary system and constitutional government;

  • Encourage decentralization, dialogue, and citizen participation in the government decision-making at all levels; and

  • Promote economic growth, social justice, and environmental protection.

In 2021, Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung is offering a scholarship program for Thais who are interested in pursuing a master’s degree or currently studying a master’s degree in an educational institution in Thailand.
