The National Assembly passed new laws on local ordinances. Through seminars, Prof. Dr. Kowit Phuangngam, member of the National Assembly and Vice Chairman of the Committee on Decentralization, Local government and a Special Form of Local government (CDLA), wants to educate people on the application of this new law and teach them how to propose local ordinances to improve their community. MPs will, also, join these seminars to become more sensitized the people’s wants and needs.
