On the 16th & 17th September the Konrad-Adenauer-Foundation in cooperation with the Supreme Court Criminal Division for Person Holding Political Positions (SCP) and Burapha University (BUU) will hold the webinar “Strengthening of the Inquisitorial System”

The constitution from 1997 introduced the inquisitorial judicial process for corruption and/or malfeasance cases. But the judges primarily trained in the adversarial system. Therefore, to create more awareness of the benefits of the “inquisitorial system”, the SCP and KAS are cooperatively organizing seminars and trainings about this topic as well as other relating issues to support the work of the SCP.
