The highlight of this two-day workshop is a special lecture by Prof Dr Dieter C Umbach, Professor of Law, Potsdam University, Germany, on the topic "The Constitutional Court and a General Election: The Federal Constitutional Court of Germany's Experience", attended by ca. 60 participants, such as Constitutional Judges, academics and students.
