Details
The Konrad Adenauer Foundation (KAS) seeks to advance peace, freedom, and prosperity by supporting participatory democracy, the rule of law, the social market economy, and cooperation between Thailand, Germany, and the EU. By doing so, the KAS supports the partner and co-partner organisations in each country for their project implementation and successful goal achievement.
In order to strengthen the cooperation and to elevate the project effectiveness, the KAS will organise a workshop on the topic of “Performance Management with OKRs (Objective and Key Results)” by the trainer specialised in organisation development and quality management system. Participants will gain new knowledge on performance and project management, adjustment of the theory to the implementation, as well as project monitoring, reviewing, and evaluation.
