Over the course of several months, a group of young legal professionals from across Bosnia and Herzegovina took part in a comprehensive leadership program designed to strengthen their capacities as future change-makers within the justice system. United by shared values and a strong commitment to the rule of law, the participants engaged in workshops, debates, and practical exercises aimed at enhancing their critical thinking, advocacy, and leadership skills.
As a final step, the group visited Berlin to explore how rule of law institutions in Germany function in practice. Through meetings with key actors in the German legal and political landscape, participants gained valuable insights into institutional integrity, judicial independence, and good governance—insights that they will carry back to their work in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
