Das erste Seminar wurde am 20.06 in Belgrad vom RSP SOE und dem HR-Management der serbischen Regierung organisiert. Ziel der Trainings ist es den Kenntnisstand von Angestellten im öffentlichen Dienst im Bereich des Verwaltungsverfahrens zu erhöhen.
