Experts from Germany, Thailand and the Philippines will point out international approaches towards citizens complaints and sub-national informal complaint mechanisms, share their experiences and formulate recommendations. The participants will not only gain more knowledge about the existing administrative complaint systems in Cambodia but will also discuss the benefits and challenges of those mechanisms.
