Earlier this year, a human rights study tour led Senators and staff of the Cambodian Senate to Rattanakiri Province in order to research on specific human rights problems in the region. This second study tour will lead the participants to another complex but prosperous region in Cambodia: Koh Kong. The preliminary topics of the Report are Human Trafficking, Land Issues, and Environmental Issues. Prior to the study tour, information sessions are conducted to allow in debts preparations of all participants on the targeted issues. Results will be presented in the aftermath of the trip on 8 December, 2009 in Phnom Penh at the Senate.
