Through research, partnerships, and public engagement, it strengthens trust in information and supports informed civic participation.

Africa Uncensored

Africa Uncensored is an independent investigative media organisation based in Nairobi, founded in 2015 by renowned Kenyan journalists. It produces investigative documentaries, multimedia investigations, and formats that expose corruption, abuse of power, and human rights violations. Africa Uncensored works across platforms, publishing its investigations online as well as in collaboration with established TV broadcasters. The organisation follows the motto “investigate, expose, empower” — and has repeatedly triggered nationwide political consequences through its work.
