An international conference on legal, social, economic and environmental issues with respect to land use in Southeast Asia took place in the Thai capital of Bangkok on November 4th and 5th 2015. The Rule of Law Programme of the Konrad Adenauer Foundation cooperated with the Thailand Research Fund, the Economy and Environment Program for Southeast Asia, and the Economy and Environment Institute of the Lower Mekong sub-region on the occasion of this conference.

Das Besucherprogramm wurde vom Team Inlandsprogramme organisiert und wird von Mark Spitzkatz, Leiter des Rechtsstaatsprogramms Asien der Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung, begleitet.

A detailed report of the workshop on "Implementation of the ECCC Legacies for Domestic Legal and Judicial Reform" co-organised by the Cambodian Human Rights Action Committee (CHRAC) and the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia (BAKC) that was held in March 2013 is now available. It includes an Overview of the ECCC Legacies, current reform efforts and highlights the important points of the panel discussion that discussed the implementation of the feasible best practices for the future.

The 6th Conference of Asian Constitutional Courts was hosted by the Constitutional Court of Mongolia at the end of September 2009.
